M	Matt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. CS Jackson is a bad doctor, He refuses to take on patients and is arrogant toward his patients, refuses to take patients as a family doctor without proper explanation and is "a minimalist" (his words) he obviously does not care about people and their problems like a doctor is supposed to do. My sister has NF1 which is a life long disability and needs to be able to get MRI scans and see neurologists regularly and has to live with my mom because she is unable to properly take care of herself.

I read the online reviews regarding his actions but didn't care.... I needed a family doctor. This was a massive mistake. Now I know why he's the only doctor accepting new patients , you are better off with a walk in clinic. If this doctor is able to practice in Canada then there is something seriously broken with our health care system. The reviews below are an accurate depiction of his practice.
K	Karen Zaugg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly staff. Dr. Jackson is a no-nonsense doc who is not going to coddle you. I have been very happy with his matter-of-fact approach but do find he responds best if I keep my end of the conversation to the point. He listens and gives a solution - I don't need him to do anything else. He has been super great with my kids, and his office does a great job squeezing them in last-minute for concerns like ear-infections.

L	L B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was looking for a family doctor being new in town and he was the only doc accepting patients. He is an awful human being and an even worse doctor. I came in with a horrible rash in the center of my back. He dismissed me, laughed at me, then after I wouldn’t budge told me it was shingles. He told me that I could give shingles to my kids so I should stay away from them. A person cannot get shingles from shingles. They can get chicken pox. Both my kids were vaccinated. Anyway, it wasn’t even shingles. Went to the hospital and it was an infection. This was only one out of several alarming encounters with this guy. Then, when I finally switched docs, all my medical records went “missing”.
H	Hewberry Alarms on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Doctor! Been using him since moving to Vernon years ago, and would totally recommend. He is great, to the point and no-nonsense. He always does his best to fit us in last minute, and I know I can always get in touch with him when I need.

If he doesn’t know what is wrong with you then he will tell you he will commit you to a mental hospital even if you are a grown person with no history of mental illness and bad skin condition that is clearly infected and sore! But he doesn’t listen to you for more than 3 words then he cuts you off and tells you to stop! How can a doctor be allowed to continue to insult vulnerable people?? It’s very saddening and traumatizing! ?
N	Nikki Winters on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in for a meet and greet, as he was the only doctor within a 2 hour radius of me accepting patients.. I now know why. I have two main diagnoses that correlate with each other, he said that I don’t need the other diagnosis because it’s just a label and the label limits me not my actual symptoms- I am disabled.. it is not the label that is debilitating me it’s my symptoms. He said having that diagnosis changes noting and I said it gives me answers and possible treatments for the way I am feeling.. that is literally the point of a diagnosis. He then proceeded to tell me a personal story about how he was diagnosed with something and was totally fine even though he had the diagnosis.. like that’s not my case. I felt completely dismissed from my symptoms and what I was feeling. It felt like I was being medically gaslighted. Not to mention he doesn’t wear a mask during a global pandemic.. he’s a doctor.. TL;DR he is not a good doctor don’t go to him
