When we came by to check on what was happening, the guy in the excavator was hand digging around a gas line that crossed where the waterline was going to go. I was impressed because a mere few weeks before, our neighbours had a crew break their gas line. They installed pipe in the backyard and since then, we have had no water issues back there. All the guys were really polite and seemed intent on getting the job done. Our contractor had no issues with them.

Most recently we used them for a stone slinging job where we needed to place mulch in an area where machines were not accessible on a terrace. Their new equipment was perfect for the job and it saved us days of labor and quite a nice cash savings as well. If you are considering demolishing a house, back-filling your property or need aggregate placed with precision, then we would recommend JR Excavation as your goto contractor in Metro Vancouver.

Operator also keeps good line of communication throughout whole day. Truck drivers listen and communicate with Lane Tech/flaggers. Great people to work with. Keep up the great work guys.
