★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t have a clue where my order is. Costco should lose this freight company forever so a not to tarnish their reputation. My order was sent to these clowns over 2 weeks ago. Can’t believe that it can’t get from Delta to Kelowna?? Thanks for letting me wait without any contact you should be ashamed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible communication. My delivery got delayed multiple days without any communication from their side. I had to call them multiple times to get any information. Then after finally receiving my product I'm on the phone with them again. They were supposed to pick up a defective product and drop off the replacement. But they only dropped off the replacement and refuse to take the defective one. So frustrating!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this company 10 stars I would!! This company went out of their way to help me with a horrible situation dealing with Company I was shipping equipment back to. A very nice man named Jeff took time to talk with me on several occasions, they treated me like a person not just a number and I will be using this company from now on. Jeff, you are my hero! Can’t thank you enough for helping!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of there drivers backed into the front of our semi truck. Bent the bumper and broke the Collision Mitigation Box. They are refusing to make a claim through insurance. Stock Bumper is $3700 and the Collision box is $4400, this is why we will not take the cash offer. We even offered to put it through our insurance at a deductible cost of $5000. Good deal since its on our record plus we have to pay the GST.
Im hoping that management at Transource reads this and rectifies the problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely garbage. Got a phone call yesterday saying that my delivery would arrive sometime between 10am - 2 pm today. Now it’s 1.5 hours past their time window and no one has showed up, no phone calls either. Tried to call them and no one is picking up phone calls. What nightmare this is. I will never order stuff on Costco online ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The delivery went well. The guys are nice. Helped to move the big sofa upstairs and assembled properly. They put the garbage into our garbage can and folded the big card board flat. Overall, good experience with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have dealt with several freight companies and this is by far, the worst freight company out there. I received a phone call advising me that my shipment would be arriving the next day. Nothing showed up, no phone call either. I phoned at 5pm and asked them about the delivery and was told it wouldn't be arriving like they said it would. I let them know when I would next be available. Instead, they call me to arrange delivery on a day they were advised I would be at work. This delivery cannot be left outside as it has been raining and there is no dry area to leave it.
With the second delivery attempt, I advised them I would be home until 4pm. At 3:45pm, no sign of the delivery. I called and was advised the driver was delayed several hours due to the vehicle being loaded late. I had to leave for work by 4pm.
I am told my shipment will arrive on Friday this week however I have serious doubts due to the history of this company. I have had to delay the flooring install due to this freight company and their incompetence.
Had I known this company would be delivering, I would never have placed the order. They are in no way customer service oriented and lack the basic organizational skills necessary to successfully operate a business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most unreliable and frustrating company! They said they will deliver my order, confirmed time of delivery and cancelled on me five times! A few of those times I did not get any phone calls from them to notify. In the last couple days I have been calling multiple times daily to follow up. Why? Because they say they'll give you a call back and they never do. Here I am today with my order, again, not delivered. No phone calls, no explanation. Please save yourself time and money and don't hire them.
