โ โ โ โ โ Good time between YVR (Vancouver airport) and Bellingham to get us out of an issue at the Vancouver airport from a cancelled flight. Standard bus nothing fancy but in good shape. Price was right too. Cheaper than renting a car with drop off at the airport and less logistics. Wifi is decent and worked on our trip (don't expect to stream Netflix or Youtube). Driver was pleasant and and helpful. One suggestion... Don't sit at the back of the bus (last 5-6 rows). The smell of urine from the washroom is pretty gross. The seat was covered in droplets (urine?). Stinks and gives a bad headache. Maybe need to review that part of it.

โ โ โ โ โ This was my first time taking a shuttle to Seattle and the service was beyond my expectations. Very friendly and helpful staff that made you comfortable and at ease during the drive. It was a great experience and looking forward to booking my next shuttle trip with Quick Shuttle.

caught the bus at 5:45 drove five minutes and sat and waited for other pickups till 630
Nobody in the office tells you could be at the second pick up point at 6:30. no pick up anymore up at Granville and Broadway so it makes it very difficult to get to the pick up point by bus....you canโt leave your car downtown. itโs really a service for people that are staying in hotels downtown. And if you were staying at a hotel downtown, the downtown pick up point is so out-of-the-way from most hotels you have to take a cab to get there $ $

โ โ โ โ โ My young niece arrived from Europe to SeaTac on September 10, 2018 and I had to book her on a Quick Shuttle bus, due to an injury preventing me from driving to pick her up myself.
I would like to give praise to the helpfulness of the booking staff when I called to book, and then change the reservation multiple times. Vince, Brianna and Mandy were all very informative and helpful. However, the bus driver was anything but friendly and helpful. My niece, with limited English knowledge, described him as very rude, unfriendly and very hard to understand. He was equally rude to other passengers as well.
It is very unfortunate that your company employs a bus driver with these poor attributes and unfriendly demeanor. He is in a customer service-oriented position and should behave and act accordingly. Is this really the kind of image that Quick Shuttle wants representing the company? After reading several online reviews, it becomes apparent that there may be more bus drivers like him working for your company. It is a shame that they are allowed to keep bringing the company down, when there are such wonderful people (see names above) working in the reservation department.

โ โ โ โ โ Convenient bus service and bus stops. Driver is courteous. However,
1. No WiFi. I took the bus twice this year. Neither case I had WiFi. Before COVID, I think I had used WiFi onboard. I asked the driver this time when mine couldn't connect. He told me that it was working. No it didn't. I asked if the router could be rebooted. Answer unless he restarts the bus. So after the next stop, I tried WiFi again (both on my Android phone and on my Macbook). Couldn't connect.
2. No power plug. Only USB-A plugs.
3. The last south-bound bus was around 2pm. Would like to see a later bus.

โ โ โ โ โ Took the Quick Shuttle from Sea-Tac Airport to Surrey yesterday. The driver was very courteous and professional. The drive, Jairaj was smooth and we were on time. Unfortunately, I forgot my reading glasses in the bus. Needless to say the next morning, the driver personally called me to inform me that he had found my glasses !!! That is great service. Thank you. Made my day.

โ โ โ โ โ I would like to say this is terrible service, I booked from vancouver to seattle, bus was late by 30 mins, coming to the Holiday Inn at howe, 2nd I was not notified a small shuttle would be coming instead, lucky a lady who was also waiting for the Quick shuttle shared info with me. Then I have a return ticket hoping for a refund because I have no I.D so it's pointless to come back at the shuttle, I paid something for insurance which only covers covid. Really disappointment with the customer service.
