T	Tasha Halak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called on Saturday to book a tow for Monday at 11am. Monday at 10am they call and say the driver was out late last night and won’t be coming for the tow at 11am. Now My day is screwed over and have to find a last minute tow somewhere else.
D	Derek Blair on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to have a car towed off of a Seaspan ferry from Vancouver Island and delivered to downtown Vancouver and am glad I chose Roadway to do that. Even though they were recommended to me, I was anxious about the process, but Kelly who answered the phone was great at dealing with my questions which put me at ease. She reassured me that the driver would be very punctual and convinced me that I didn't need to be present for the 'hook up' as the car would be treated very carefully regardless of whether or not I was there to witness it. True to her word, I got a phone call from the Chad the driver to communicate that he was waiting for the ferry, a second call when he was departing, and a third when he was nearing the drop off point. Chad definitely helped put my mind at ease about the process and demonstrated care and professionalism in every way, including most critically, the delivery of my vehicle. Roadway and Chad were easy to work with and if I ever need to move a car again, I'll call them.

If you care about your vehicle and don't want to pay to fix things that weren't broken or malfunctioning please go to someone else. The owner of this company is distrusting, skivy and could only make excuses as to why he wouldn't come in and actually help solve this problem.

I had an unfortunate incident with my company truck and after waiting close to 5 hours for the mechanics that the International dealer suggested we use I called roadway towing and they had a wrecker on site within 20 minutes and then had my issue delt with and had me back on the road shortly after that. Very professional service from the dispatch operator and again very professional service from the wrecker operator. Definitely will be using roadway towing in the future if any unforeseen events happen!!

The driver was late to arrive, he took his time setting up, he slow walked loading my vehicle, he took his time driving to the drop off location....after getting lost of course, he took his time unloading. I've interacted with many tow truck companies over the years, and this guy was the slowest, he was NOT working at his rate of $110/hr. I paid them a lot of money to do a simple job. When I disputed the charge, he threatened to come steal my vehicle in the middle of the night. Remember, always get a quote beforehand, and always video your interaction with these folks to protect yourself and your property.

We needed a mint condition classic car towed from one location to another. The location access was tight and care needed to be taken with the car and the home driveway, which was on a slope. The car was immovable, except by tow. Dennis took the time to carefully evaluate the request and worked skillfully, treating our car as if it were his own. He safely delivered the vehicle to the new location, and placed it in precisely where requested. Amount charged was exactly as quoted by Roadway. I could not be more impressed and grateful. Thank you, Dennis!
