★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great things come in small packages!! Ordered 3 chicken tacos with mango salsa, great meal! I've been having gallbladder attacks for the last week and I wanted something that tasted good but wouldnt irritate me any more. I got exactly what I wanted! Great, healthy food!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is AMAZING. The pupusas queso w/ loroco (with cheese and edible flowers) are incredible but literally all the pupusas are good. Fried plantains with cinnamon and sugar and horchata are also sooooo tasty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were excited to finally get to try Izote! It did not disappoint! We tried a bit of everything and we were very happy! Can't wait to go back! My favorite papusa was the cheese and jalapeno. I loved the chimol! Next time I will order extra!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very small space. Well decorated, and a good theme. The service was good, our waitress was very attentive. I guess the problem here is, I just don't like food from El Salvador. I had the enchiladas. Just not a big fan of them. Flavor was okay. The problem was there were no steak knives to cut through the deep fried tortilla shell. Was definitely too messy to pick up, and eat with your hands.If you're a fan of food from El Salvador perhaps you'll like this restaurant. I just was not impressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious authentic cuisine. This place is the only place for about 400km you can get real birria tacos. If you hate texmex garbage like taco time and want something real, this place is it!
Also, to the guy who went to a Latin Cocina and left a 3 star review because he doesn’t like El Salvadoran food - maybe don’t go to restaurants that serve El Salvadoran food - this place deserved better.
Will definitely be back!
