I called this company 2 days ago, and Farouk very kindly offered me guidance on how to try to solve my problem (restoring my computer), for free. I called back, needing more help, and he came over the next morning and solved the problem. Very honest and good service, I would recommend them to anyone, and will call upon them myself if/when next needed.

In addition to working on my computer for the requested service, IT express provided useful recommendations about online security and answered other unrelated questions I had about my computer software. I was very impressed with the service and hired IT express a second time to install hardware. I found this service to be reliable, fairly priced, friendly, and a business that is run with integrity. My credit card hasn’t been hacked since and I would recommend this service to anyone needing home computer repair.

Farouk fixed my desktop computer to nearly brand-new condition without any data loss. i am not a beginner with computers but he still managed to teach me a lot of things and left me with tips i can benefit from in the future. you can feel that he does honest business with his customers by the way he tackles the issue. i told him that i will recommend him to anyone in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had ITeXpress techs come over to our office the first time to install a server rack along with a firewall. I did not think our computer network can run so smoothly. I was advised on some situations that can be improved and I made the right decision to trust them. Along with the installation, they are now maintaining my computer network and making sure everything stays in order.
In the latest project, they moved our staff to Office365 while supporting us through the bumpy transition with everyone learning a new system. We continue to recommend them to others with tricky technical problems and looking for a reliable IT support services.
