★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had such a great experience visiting the island, we owe that all to you at island rentals! We were able to leave our RV here in Alberta and pay less in renting one of your beautiful rvs then bringing ours across or hotels would have been. You gave us the power to travel the island on our own or you would have delivered for us if we needed. When we returned with a broken plate you never charged us, returning my deposit promptly thank you for the understanding. We will recommend you and hope to use you oursleves again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sister and I had a phenomenal time while camping last week with our 7 children! Dave @islandrvrentals was kind, service-oriented and helpful when we needed support with some of the equipment that came with our trailer. The trailer was delivered quickly and neatly, providing us with everything we needed to be comfortable momscouts! We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our first night with the pop-up trailer we smelt smoke in a non-smoking trailer. We complained to the owners at the end of the trip and they blamed us and deducted $130 from our deposit. We DON’T smoke and also have a 3 1/2-year-old that fell out of the side of the trailer while he was sleeping in the middle of the night because Cal the owner neglected to put the trailer together properly before handing it off to us. It's not about the money... we just feel scammed and want to warn people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looking forward to another great camping season. Let's go 2020! I am a co-owner in this company. I am still figuring out how to manage the google reviews and respond to comments. The 1 star review posted by Carrie is not accurate to our company. We don't rent out pop-up trailers, nor do we have an owner or employee with the name Cal. I imagine Carrie has accidentally written this review against our company when it was actually meant for someone else. Carrie if you happen to read this post, we'd be happy to win your business over and show you a more accommodating experience. Our trailers are all smoke free and Children don't fall out of them :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything went very well throughout the process, right from booking through to the end of our stay. Dave was very accessable and always responded quickly to my inquiries whether it be via phone, email or text message. We had a small hickup with our fridge/freezer unit but Dave and his staff were quick to get the problem repaired in a very timely manner so we could carry on enjoying our stay. Thanks again for everything Dave, and I will have no problem referring Island RV Rentals to my friends and family in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a seven day trip with Island RV Rentals as a little getaway with some friends who have never explored the island. All I can say is that from the very beginning of the booking process, David Robertson, the owner and operator of Island RV, provided me with nothing but great service. In fact, he even answered my call three times in one day letting me ask various questions that kept popping into my head. Unfortunately, a week after our booking, the BC travel restrictions changed, making us unable to leave our interior health bubble and hoping for a refund.
Which leads me to the real reason I am writing this review. Dave, having heard the news about the health region travel restrictions, preemptively emailed me offering to fully refund our trip before I even needed to ask.
This is the kind of service you will receive with Island RV Rentals.

He helped me cancel and rebook my booking and then he even gave me a discount! This is 100% going to be my go to RV rental company and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a hassle free experience. Can’t wait to use them again!!
