★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. I ordered 2 pairs of orthotics and was told that within a week or 2 they would come in and I would go back to the clinic to be properly fitted. Instead they shipped them, but addressed them incorrectly. They sat in the UPS warehouse for almost a month and every time I called to inquire I was told just wait a little longer. I asked for a tracking number, which they did not have. They said, "oh we just drop them off and someone else takes care of shipping them, we don't even know which courier picks them up." 7 weeks later after several calls, they finally got the shipping information and we had to remedy the situation ourselves. They hung up on us when we expressed frustration at the situation and lack of answers. The product itself is inferior with absolutely no support. Do not do business with these incompetent and aggressive people.
