My wife got her birthday present and was extremely happy with the quality. In fact she was so happy with the Necklace and the Ring that she wanted to have the same earrings to make it a set but there was no such thing in the current collection. Guess what I called Mr. Isaac and asked if he can make earrings same as the one from the ring and he said yes No Problem. I got a quote within and hour and placed the order. I was told it would take 2-3 weeks to make it but No Issues! Isn't that amazing service or what?
Once again I would like to say Thank You Isaac Mayer for making my life a bit easier!

The diamonds are so sparkly too. Their customer service is great and they always respond to me right away. I will definitely be purchasing more pieces from isaac Mayer.

I couldn’t decide between the 16” and 18” lengths and used the chat to speak with Rachel who was amazing. She went the extra mile to actually wear both lengths and share a picture to help me decide. The speed of shipping was great too. It arrived in a beautiful box with a matching cloth pouch and branded ribbon and gift wrap paper. Making fine jewelry purchases online can difficult when you can’t see and try on the items but my experience was so great. Can’t wait to personally visit the store when I’m in MTL next ????.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love their jewelry and customer service. I first was impressed with a necklace my husband had purchased for me from them. Beautifully wrapped, and just absolutely gorgeous, i always get compliments on it. I was looking through their rings and loved a pink opal with diamonds set around the heart. I got in touch with them and asked if they could do a more petite heart as it’s more to my aesthetic. There was almost no wait at all in them returning my email with a picture of a custom ring and quote.
The ring is perfect! Shipping was very fast to California and it was delivered right before I went into labor ! I was so happy I could wear my ring for the birth of our new baby. Looking forward to adding to my Isaac Mayer collection.
