He addressed follow up issues immediately and made sure we were happy with everything. He was quick with responding to questions and concerns. Work included replacing toilets, a shower installation and new laundry sink that we required in our garage. Eric is very respectful while working in our home. He also provides all the information you require to feel comfortable with the services he will be providing prior to work commencing. The quality of work is excellent and I highly recommend his services.

He helped us with some design details (we were pretty clueless as to what we wanted). He set us up with good suppliers, and then he executed the job professionally. With these silly COVID times we live in there were some delays on items and one of his workers got sick, but he communicated well and we weren't in a rush. We even made a few scope changes that he handled very well and while he might not have had the cheapest prices, there were no surprises in the bill and he stayed on budget. He also accommodated little nitpicks at the end and made sure we were thoroughly satisfied before calling it a done deal. I'm sure we'll have them back for future work.
