Cedar Ridge really went above and beyond expediting the finishing process for the property I was set on so I could move in as soon as I started the job which brought me here to Lethbridge. Even with a rushed completion, there were no corners cut and the finishes are all top-notch. The two things that I did notice shortly after moving in to my home were fixed promptly and professionally. Bev in sales is exceptionally personable and made the entire purchasing experience a breeze.

They were very professional and prompt with all aspects of the construction. Lonny, Keith, and all of the staff were excellent and communicated well with us every step of the way. Shannon and Bev were very helpful. They stopped in to check the progress of our house and were always positive and shared in our excitement! Although we had our own help with interior design Shannon was more than willing us with anything we needed. We would definitely build with them again. We are …… one happy customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cedar Ridge built our Custom Dream Home. Right from the beginning working with Bev was amazing, she didn’t brush brush us off because we are younger like other builders. She was professional and took our interests to heart, it was a great way to start off our amazing experience. Once we moved on to the interior design Kaisu and Shawna made our dream come true, they were friendly, professional and took the time to get to know us and our taste so the crazy ideas could become amazing features. On the construction side working with Keith made construction as stress free as possible, he always took time to answer questions and explain what was going on. He always had our best interest and was honest about timelines. He went and above and beyond to do what he could to make us happy even if it was a huge pain. Once we took possession working with Colin (Warrenty) has been easy. He makes himself free and easy to access whenever there is an issue, he is friendly, professional and will do whatever he can to make sure we are happy.
Working with Cedar Ridge was like working with friends. We would highly recommend them for your dream home, starter home, or anything in between.
