Staff very friendly & Dr. Gibb is the best.

My little guy had some dirt/debris get in his eye, we thought we got it out but 12 hours later it was still quite painful. Dr. Gibb's staff was able to provide us with an immediate appointment to get things checked out. Dr. Gibb is great with kids, and was able to get the eye flushed out, checked for any damage, and sent us on our way with a smiling kid. Thanks Dr. Gibb!

I have been a long time customer of Iris and I have always been happy with the service I received until this past interaction. This has little to do with the people who work at Iris and nothing to do with Dr. Gibb but more with it's policies and Nikon. I wanted new lenses in my existing frames that I had previously purchased from Iris and so they had the frame information in their database. However, after two attempts and two visits back to Iris, Nikon could not get the shape right to fit. I asked for a refund because it was proving to be too much going back and forth and I wanted to pursue other options. This is when I was told by Iris that their policy does not allow refunds. My only option was to give them my frames, at my own risk, and have them sent to Nikon or in store credit. I didn't like their current stock and so I begrudgingly gave them my frames but expressed my dislike over their no refund policy because I had not received a product and Nikon kept getting it wrong, making me liable. In my opinion this is fraudulent. Then, the icing on the cake, I get a call from Iris telling me that Nikon broke my frames. The options I was given was to go in and purchase a new set of frames at my expense and have lenses put in that I already paid for which means I am spending more money than intended or only now they were willing to give me a refund on my lenses but I would be without my glasses. No discounts were offered, no accountability from Nikon, everything fell to me the customer. I took the refund. I will no longer be shopping at Iris. I will find another company with better policies. Buyer beware!

I took my 2 kids and myself to Iris this morning and my daughter found out she needs glasses the staff went above and beyond and made the experience so awesome she had so much fun choosing a pair of glasses whilst Dr Gibb had distracted my 8year old to look up Oversimplified so he was having a blast whilst I had my exam and talked about different contact options. I am 100% satisfied with the professionalism and service provided! If your not already an IRIS customer you should become one!!
