I came to her with a number of ailments and rather than treating them separately, she looked at me holistically and treated me in a number of surprising ways to address the roots of my discomfort. She truly has an intuitive sense of what is going on in your body and treats accordingly. She’s treated both me and my partner, me for knee & chronic back pain and my partner to rehab his broken wrist. She also meets you where your at; sometimes I don’t do my exercises and I never feel judged. Finally, she’s got the best conversation. You cannot go wrong with a visit (or many!) to Trang. A+ person and practitioner.

She is incredibly effective at diagnosing my specific problem areas, and identifying exercises that actually improve the underlying problem as well as treating the acute pain. My physical health has definitely improved since seeing her. She has a great bedside manner, and always takes the time to explain things clearly to me and modify for my specific circumstances and abilities. The practice itself is clean and calm and welcoming. Highly recommend.

It was so helpful! I think I recovered quicker than anticipated with her guidance. I'm also seeing Trang to help with wrist pain and every treatment has been so relieving. She is patient, kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Trang!

I went to see 2 other people (chiropractor & osteopath) for my issue, and only Trang was able to diagnose and successfully treat it. I have been with her since my first child years ago, and have followed her for years - not only for pelvic floor physiotherapy, but other general issues. I have been to other practices but I won't waste my time and money there anymore. Trang does a form for acupuncture that feels no less than magic. I was a non-believer until I experienced with her capable skills. You can be confident that Trang can diagnose and treat you with care and professionalism. Mamas, do yourself a favour and book her before and after delivery, and general issues. She is worth it! I will never go see anyone else except Trang.
