For no added cost I recieved my order through UPS in the best condition. This is my first order but I was very impressed with the wide variety of safety items that they carry. I recommend them 100% to anyone shopping around for any safety items for individuals or businesses. A big thank you to Brenda for her great customer service, prompt followup and great understanding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE. SCAM!!! They will let you order things they DON'T actually have in stock and when you ask them about it, they tell you they don't have an ETA and offer you other stuff they actually have in stock.
To respond to your reply. If you DON'T HAVE AN ITEM IN STOCK, DON'T ALLOW ORDERS!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best site to order authentic N95 masks in Ontario/Canada, especially if it's from 3M or others like Honeywell and Draeger. Its backordering methods ensures that every consumer/business/school/healthcare facility is able to access these masks rather than have products labelled as sold out within minutes. What is also unique is that essential products for COVID-19 are not price gouged comparing to other online stores that I have encountered. I have made a backorder to a box of 3M N95 masks on December 17, 2021 and it arrived in 3-4 weeks. It may take weeks, but it will be worth the money. Will recommend this supplier to my friends and others who need quality masks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to deal with. Austin was very accommodating, with me and my needs. If your a phone person, leave a message and they will get back to you, though it takes some time. For a faster response send and email. Austin Has always gotten back to me from 2 hour to a max of 48hrs.

I placed an order of expensive M3 masks 9 days ago, and paid for fast UPS shipping. I got a confirmation of my order. However:
1) I have not yet even gotten any information about this being sent at any time during these 9 days. No tracking information, nothing. The store is quite close to the delivery destination, so they could have delivered this by bike! Obviously, I paid for UPS as I really needed the package here ASAP.
2) I tried to contact them by phone. They say they are open but not in the office (due to the pandemic), but ask customers to leave a voice message. However, their answering machine is full, so no voicemail can be left.
3) I sent numerous text messages and I received no answer.
4) This is even more frustrating as I ordered masks which I counted on and this affects people's health.
All in all, a horrible experience.
