Great product. Terrible customer service. Once told by a guy that he couldn't transfer my cal because he was technical support not a secretary. We are in US and ended up buying from a US supplier because it was easier to get service. They do have beautiful tents though.

Fantastic service from Hadley at Tentnology. Our tent that had stood through 10 years of weather including the recent snowfall, succumbed to the shear weight of last nights snowfall. Hadley personally came down to our dealership and helped us with the removal and prepared it for transport to tentnology for the minor fixes needed. Great product and Great Service. Thanks to you all from Haley Dodge.

Awesome customer service. I ordered and received a tent in the Fall. I made the mistake of not opening the order until the Spring. When I finally opened the order there was damage to the tent that occurred during shipping. Tentnology investigated the damage with the shipping company but was not able to file a claim with them given the long duration of time (4 months) since the damage occurred. Tentnology stepped up and replaced the damage parts at no charge. They even covered shipping. They didn't have to do this as I clearly should have opened the order when it was received . I might add that I am not a big customer.

This company does not care about customer service at all. I have never had such a difficult time purchasing anything in my entire personal and professional life. From not getting replies when I reached out via email on their website with multiple attempts, To being told they were not paid for the purchase when they were, making us jump through hoops to prove we paid in order to get the tent shipped. Refusing to ship the tent even though we may not receive it in time for our function, due to their mix up in finance department. When we did receive the tent, we were surprised there was not more detailed instructions. There was a five page stapled sheets with basic instruction and Utube videos that we watched prior. We had horrible weather for our function. 30 km winds. The tents are tested for 80 Km winds. I thought our tents would be ok. They were not. They did not stand up. After arguing with the company the β€œquality manager” told us it was the ground that gave way, therefore they are not responsible. He also told me, after the fact, that the tent walls were part of the problem due to us having three of four walls down making the wind gust the tents up. I said to him, had we known that, don’t you think we would have not done it? Making my argument for better instructions. An actual manual. Where I was told again by the quality manager that β€œpeople don’t want a manual. It would be too thick with all the information and people would not read it.” I get a manual for a car, I get a manual for a BBQ, I want a manual for a $10000 investment. He did not have an argument with that, but my sales rep sure did. He claimed that there is an instruction manual in a black bag and that we must have missed it. I assure you, there is no such manual with the details needed. Just a five page staple sheet with the basics. All I wanted was to get replacement parts free of charge with free shipping. A cost of less than $600. No matter what argument I said, nothing mattered. They were condescending to me in their replies and not willing to budge at all. My last reply, was to let them know we would not be doing any business with them now or in the future. They lost a potential repeat customer. A customer that pays their bills on time, an education institute that services its community and surrounding communities across North Western Ontario. I did not want to hear from them again and to not contact me again. Guess what? My sales rep, DID contact me again. Once again condescending and not taking any responsibility. This is my reply to that. I was so excited to purchase these tents. A Canadian company born and breed. I am ashamed they are a Canadian company. If you have any other options in purchasing a tent, I strongly and passionately plead that you do. You will not be sorry.

Excellent sales help from Yi-Yun! She helped us choose the right product for our needs, while working within our budget. Just used our new 10'x20' Marquee tent for the first time at the Classic Rock Festival in Grand Forks, BC Canada. It only took two of us 10 minutes to put up. Super strong, durable, and professional. Stood up to strong winds and driving rain on the third day of the festival. Definitely the right investment for our community forest.

Working with Tentnology, and specifically Yi-Yun, has been nothing short of amazing! From the very first time we made the first phone call, in 2016, to inquire about tents, to our first small purchse, to the trainings we've attended, to our multiple tents we have now purchased through Tentnolgy, we are 100% satisfied with their products and their service. Whether you are a small company just starting out or a well extablished company, you are treated with respect and treated like a friend. We feel blessed to have found a company that has integrity and cares about the little guy just as much as the big guys! We are also so thankful for people like Yi-Yun who take such good care of us, whenever we are in need of more products or have questions, she is efficient and thorough in her work and is alwasy there when we need her. We have the utmost confidence in the quality of the tents themselves and the quality of the people working with Tentnolgy. Thank you Yi-Yun and the entire Tentnolgy crew for helping in our success! We will be working with you for years to come.
