★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend to anybody who wants to get the UBC real estate course done fast. Very clear and to the point, and they will show you EXACTLY what will be on the exams. I worked full time while doing my GOBC and managed it while handling relationships, family, friends, fitness, and so on. Communication with the instructors is excellent and they respond quickly.

Not only GOBC help me on passing the exam, but also help me study more efficient. The instructors are really nice and will happily to assist you with any questions and response with a well detailed answer to your question. Don't be afraid to ask them for help. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will 100% recommend GOBC to anyone who wants to pass their exam .I did not have enough time for my study, however with the help of GOBC I passed my exam. Melanie was my instructor, she always gives real life examples which help to understand tough topics. Also, I watched Yanna’s videos, they both explain everything in detail. Moreover, the Admin team is also very helpful. Will always recommend GOBC!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the best decision I could have ever made regarding the real estate course. Loved it! The instructors were awesome (I did the recorded classes). They were concise, to the point, explained things very well. They made the math a breeze. I was honestly hoping for 60% of the exam to be math! Couldn’t recommend this course more. I definitely would not be keen on trying to pass that exam solely using the UBC course material. SO SO GLAD I chose to go with GOBC. Aced the exam, nothing but selling houses and bringing in the big bucks next ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GOBC helped me in clearing the mortgage broker exam in the easiest way as well as in the shortest time period. Their instructors are quite good at what they teach, also their material is just what you need for the exam. Trust me if you are present in the lectures, do your homework, ace the workbooks and do well in their mock exams. The final exam will go pretty smooth. Good luck ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GOBC is a great way to pass the Real Estate Exam! The program is very straightforward and it is critical that you follow the lectures and notes. Plus, it is vital that you complete the mock exams they help make sure you are very well prepared when you write the actual exam. The instructors are also very helpful and quick to respond to any questions that you might have. I really don't think I would have passed my first try without them!
