M	Marc Lindy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a Restwell Mattress from my neighbourhood shop, Mr. Mattress. Several years on the mattress developed a problem on one side/edge. Mr. Mattress promptly dispatched a representative from Restwell Mattress Co. in Surrey to evaluate the problem. Subsequently Mr. Mattress picked it up, Restwell repaired it, and returned it to me in new condition - at no cost and under warranty. The service, efficiency and kindness from both Restwell and Mr. Mattress was impressive. I should also mention that it is a great mattress which provides a comfortable and sound rest every night.

Mattress collapsing on one side at 3 months after 1 year it's to the point where it shows through the comforter they offered to fix it after 9 months of complaning and calling them yes fix it not replace it take it to their factory and leave us without a replacement till it gets fixed . I was led to believe they would give some sort of replacement mattress right up to the day they were to pick up. Then told no . So if you don't want to sleep on the floor while your mattress is being fixed. With their supposedly 10 year warranty Do not buy from Restwell .

Unwilling to stand behind their product and fix the issue at hand and even suggested that we purchase a pillow topper to go on a mattress that costs $4000. Thank you baby Jesus we bought it on sale. Restless on a hard mattress.
