Excellent Ice

Nice job updating, huge improvements on the ice facility, too bad the restaurant is not open reliable. Closed on a weekend, wow businesses must be great. I make sure not count on the restaurant next time I head to excellent ice.

My daughter enjoyed the group lesson and really improved her skills a lot. Thanks Teacher Trina and her wonderful coaches!

Smaller ice rinks just adds intensity great place with a pub upstairs to watch the games on rink and the flat screen

Very nice place for kids to play ice hockey . Parents can watch the going game Also paid snacks are also available as per your needs .

Privately managed arena. Ice sheet surface in all 3 rinks are bad. Zamboni driver doesn't know how to resurface the ice and drives like they are racing against time. If more freezing time is needed between games then adjust the game start times accordingly. Properly finished ice makes a better game and practice. They expect coaches to bring first aid kits yet don't mention that anywhere on the 3 on 3 game guidelines for coaches. Onsite first aid kit is not being provided to teams when requested. If you ask for ice, they tell the parents/coaches to go to the restaurant upstairs and ask them. Why cheap out? Excellent ice charges the same or more for a sheet of ice for the hour. The restaurant/bar only has a few hard liquor options. Bacardi, Smirnoff vodka and Crown Royal. What is the problem with providing more options? It's a restaurant/bar. I didn't even ask about the beer options. Bench doors for the players don't open or close properly. The 3 on 3 program is messed up. Tiering is pathetic. We played teams which had house players. There should be a house league and a rep league. Callups need to have their ages checked before they play. Coaches are cheating by calling older players especially rep academy players which I was able to confirm. I spoke with one of the staff attendant and he said they don't check the age for callups and assume the coaches are playing fair game. Save your money. You don't want to lose 18-2 games during regular season.

Great training facility. Poor planning that the dressing rooms are so tiny but the place is modern, clean and well run. The ice surfaces are half to two thirds in size when compared to a standard arena in case anyone was not aware. Which really is great for training....but not suitable for two teams playing a game. Very well suited to 3 on 3 hockey or for children''s teams. The viewing area upstairs is nice. The restaurant has potential with good food but the service there is consistently quite weak.

Small dressing rooms but beautifully maintained facility. Been playing here for over twenty years. Recent renovations have made this place exceptional! Special shout-out to Lyle who does a terrific job in managing the leagues at Excellent Ice.
