UNSAFE!!! Floor is very slippery, fell so many times with floors being slippery + uneven. Won't go back again. Saw so many people fell and some twisted ankles.

Just want to write this review to publicly say thanks to the friendly staff here. I enjoyed the coaching sessions with my coach (lovely Melody). Since I started training at Stage 18 with Melody, my overall fitness gets improved with my apple watch ⌚ data as solid evidence. Stage 18 badminton becomes part of my new life norm. Try it out and life always has good surprises ahead.

The condition of the court is not perfect but it's playable. They do not offer monthly booking and you can only book 1 week prior, which means the chances for occasional players to be able to book the court are higher.

Poor condition. I have few friends who play here and got Covid case when they did test. The badminton court told me that they did not get any notice. Too much people in the badminton court. Washroom is dirty and changing room is small Floor is not even. I give two stars to them I am generally generous. I will not go back to this court again !!!

I went to play there in the last weekend (March 2nd week). Overall the facility is big with lots of courts. But the temperature there was so cold. And I read that it's hot in summer too. And the mat seems not fixed properly in some courts

Excellent place to play!!! We were amongst groups of all skill levels from volleyers to pro kids doing their drills. I love that this place is full service: you can shop, get your racquet serviced, and also cleanup in their showers. The gym is HUGE and can accommodate quite a lot of players. As a bonus, there are plenty of birds around for you to use. I also like that they diligently check vaccinations in a pandemic. In the downside, the court floors are getting visibly old as they are fraying at the edges and corners. Also, I wish they implemented an online booking system to make it easy on everyone. Allowing people to book on the half hours would also be helpful.

I've been coming to Stage 18 for multiple years now. I will be the first to admit they are nowhere close to perfect. The washrooms will make most people feel uncomfortable, the lighting is pretty inconsistent, the flooring and nets aren't replaced that often (cleaning in general can be a struggle), and booking only 1 week is advance is quite a struggle for weekend (peak time!) recreational players. But they are also the biggest badminton court rental location that has mat flooring (rather than hard gym flooring), without a doubt the place that opens for the most hours, and still overall the cheapest in the area. They make up for their shortcomings with these aspects. They also have decent to good staff (depending on your luck), a good selection of rackets (of more than just 1 brand) and items at the store (prices aren't the best but that shouldn't be your expectation here), and some good coaches (although I think they mostly speak Chinese). Also warning for any 8am players out there, I've had multiple occasions across the years where they have difficulty opening up at 8am due to whatever reason (usually like some lock is locked by accident which the staff don't have access to the key). It hasn't been very frequent, but in recent years I've had it happen 3 times so it is a fair warning.

I was about to leave a relatively mediocre review, however, I then realized that there are already loads of negative words. Back to the point, Stage 18 is a superb place for us to exercise and make friends, especially during this epidemic: groups, individuals and coaching are all welcomed; staff keep paying close attention to our status of vaccination, and maintaining a clean and bright environment. Even though my 8 years old legendary racket was broken at Stage 18 recently, I would not blame them. But there’s a significant problem: slipperiness. Perhaps it was quite humid, so I kept sliding and falling. It can be a major hazard for any of us, since we are the only ones who are responsible for our physical wellness.
