We were thrilled with the work completed on our complete kitchen renovation by Interiors with Elegance! Wayne was patient and very informative regarding our choices. He made great suggestions and worked very closely with us during the entire process. Interiors with Elegance was very easy to work with and performed all work in a very timely fashion. The gentleman that did our cabinetry was precise and very careful. We would not hesitate to refer Interiors and we would definitely work with them again! Considering that we (a family of 5) were living in the home during the entire renovation we didn't feel that we were in the way and it was a pleasure to work with Interiors! 5 stars are deserved!

We had one of our bathrooms renovated in our home and we are very pleased with the way it turned out! The quality of the work is very impressive. We liked the expertise that we were offered from the beginning and appreciated the experience from Wayne at choosing the correct materials and bathroom faucets since it was our first time doing a complete bathroom renovation. The tradesmen that worked in our project were super friendly and professional. It took a little longer than we were expecting since they generally do not work on weekends, but we are very pleased with the end result. I recommend interiors with elegance to anyone that is looking for quality renovations and professional craftsmanship. The project was slightly more expensive that what we were hoping to spend but we are very pleased with the results and the custom solution that was offered to us.

No Quality Control. Avoid. Would you pay >$100,000 for hardwood floors that are not level with bums and slants, bounce like a trampoline, have loose boards, bow up in summer, have sections that squeak, and are loud, kitchen cabinets made of particle board and MDF and not all wood like ordered and installed crooked, unfinished drywall, lighting wires attached with duct tape, key furnace wires covered up, AND have to do your own cleaning, painting, baseboards, and countertops? Of course not, but we did. My wife and I were naïve, bought an old house, and had IWE do the main floor renovations. We made the rookie mistake of assuming they would deliver like the reviews online and nice pictures of prior work done. Not sure what went wrong, whether they did a quick bad job to maximize profit or forgot to watch the ‘how to’ YouTube videos. Our renovation was several years back, much as fallen apart, and has been a negative during raising our kids. I wrote some detailed reviews prior, but now we are finally back in a financial position to redo the renovation, a full gut job again, to do it right as Mike Holmes would say. I have learned much about home renovations the past several years, figuring out what they did wrong and making fixes myself. In doing so I have become disgusted on the quality we received for the price paid. Worst is the hardwood floor, which was installed on an uneven, unprepared subfloor with no underlayment used. Cannot even walk on it without feeling dips and bums, squeaks, and loud booms. That is the costliest to replace and do right. But the unfinished dry wall, crooked cabinets, among others was just too much for the price. IWE has no quality control, they just want your money. Reflecting on the entire process it was clear Darren and Wayne maximized profit over custom satisfaction, they knew we had no idea. Flooring 101 – secure and prepare the subfloor. Clean subfloor, sand down bumps, use compound to level off. Screw or glue back onto joist. None done. Seems they attempted to screw, but many screws just into subfloor and nothing else. Our basement was even exposed. Use underlayment to further smooth subfloor and dampen sound. Do not install tight! Some of the slants are massive, just a bad job. Even during the renovation our furnace broke with no one living in house and they put blame/fixing on us, they flooded our electrical panel and put the fix on us, they covered up wires for the humidity control but just ignored our complaints, and icing on cake they tossed out our door chime and while they got us a new one (and they are not expensive) a fuss was made when it did not work and they said we had to pay for a new transformer (they are like $20 bucks) to match the chime. Geeze. I do not blame the workers, they seemed nice, but the ones in charge. In the end lesion learned. I hope those reading take caution. Moving forward we are doing small independent contractors for each critical phase of the renovation and ensuring contracts are detailed. Don’t get ripped off. Take your time, do your homework, get multiple quotes, and in the end, the work is not that hard so do not be afraid to tackle jobs yourself and/or question the person you hire.

Interiors with Elegance has completely renovated our entire home on 4 separate renovation projects. These included a complete redesign of our (1) main floor, kitchen, bathroom, dining and living room; (2) our master bathroom; (3) our entire lower level, including a wine bar, family room, full bath and laundry room; (4) upper main bathroom. Interiors with Elegance recently completed upgrades to my condo kitchen and bathrooms. Their quality of service was excellent, from the original planning stage to choosing materials to the final product. Wayne was very helpful, and Dave and Shaun's workmanship was amazing. They stayed within budget, left the condo and common areas spotless at the end of each day, and even though it took a bit longer than originally planned, it was well worth the wait. I highly recommend Interiors with Elegance.

Wayne and his entire team at Interiors With Elegance are excellent. They completed a main floor renovation including new flooring and kitchen in June 2021. This was our first renovation and Wayne was very informative and patiently answered my endless questions. The results are amazing and the quality and attention to detail is second to none. If you are lucky enough to have Travis working on site you will not be disappointed, he is so friendly and his work is second to none. Since the renovation they have been very attentive and have come back at no cost to address any minor concerns. Highly recommend and I am sure we will be calling Wayne again.
