Unprofessional and abusive care aides. Caught a few of them screaming at the patient when they thought they were alone with the disabled patient. Then they just stormed out of the house. Unacceptable behaviour! Will never hire this company again.

Parking is a nightmare. Basic services vastly overpriced. Claims to be affiliated with CBI on phone, then lets you know they cut ties with them over a year ago at the office. Wastes your time. Avoid.

Beware of this company. And they have changed their name to Interior Home Care Solutions. My experience: My parents both have cognitive issues and they recently moved in with me. I hired the company to come in daily and ensure they took their meds, bathed, etc. There is a one hour minimum for their services which I thought completely reasonable. I was also told there would be some consistency on who came to the house and provided the service. After only one month, I have let the company go. In that month we had what I considered too many issues. 1. So many different people. There was very little consistency on who showed up, so they always spent the first bit trying to figure out where things were and what needed to be done. 2. In one case, a new person showed up and hadn't read the care plan at all. She walked in the front door, called out to my near non-verbal 80 year old parents, got no answer, so turned around and walked out. 3 mins in the house. I haven't recieved the invoice for that yet, but I will all but gurantee this shady company will bill my parents for an hour despite not meeting any of the conditions of their contract. 3. Noone came close to being in the house for an hour of service. The owner called me and told me that travel time was included in my hour. 24 mins of it. Even adding 24 minutes for travel(which was not covered in the contract discussions) they still didn't average an hour, well short in fact. 4. My father actually had a bathroom accident. Never happened before, or since, but it was a doozy. Care aid was in the house, claimed to have showered him, walked out of the house, and five minutes later we checked the bathroom and it was covered in dried feces. It was quite obviously there since the night before, but she said nothing, if she even in fact did her job and saw it. 5. The tasks in the care plan were rarely, if ever completed...of course...travel time..you know. 6. Calls each of the four weeks to the management of the company led to no improvement what-so-ever. No mention of travel time until the owner called me fed me that line after I refused to pay the bill. The small positives: Unlike some of the other comments on here, I found the staff to be courteous and respectful to my parents. The advantage I had in this case is both my wife and I work from home. We actually were here to see and hear the staff most days. I also have a reasonable sophisticated door lock that tracks who comes and goes. I also have a security camera that records who comes and goes. So there is no debate over how little time the staff spent providing service. The company culture appears to be one of get in and out as quickly as possible, maximum turn around and quite likely, they have noone tracking their comings and goings. If you are getting care for your elderly parents, you may want to consider some checks and balances to ensure your parents are actually receiving the care you/they are paying for. Finally, we have changed provider and so far are significantly happier. We have actually receive a schedule each month of who will be at the house, as it stands Mon-Fri is the same person. Sat-Sun is a different person, but the same each weekend. The care aids are here on time, spend all the time here, have none of the travel time garbage, and are much more engaged with my parents. My parents have noticed the change and are loving it, as are my wife and I.
