★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The training class was uneven and had too many participants. I feel the owner is driven by sales moreso than the actual training of a good attendant. I also watched her texting the entire time throughout the practical exams and a classmate missed vital steps in trauma care and she did'nt even notice. The instructor was "touchy feely" hand on your arm or back. Not the best First Aid training I have engaged in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a couple instructors from FACTS travel to my office out in Sicamous for some training over a couple days. Not only were they very accommodating, with our schedule, the instructors were very personable and made the courses fun. Will be booking with FACTS again in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completed my OFA 3 in Kelowna under the instruction of Sarah. Great instructor that approaches teaching in a fun and engaging manner. She makes it known when you make a mistake and clearly explains how to correct it. The structure of the class makes it achievable to pass if you pay attention and put in the work. Highly recommended facility and will get re-certified here.

Student is sick and has sick children as a single father I don’t appreciate this company calling my place of employment to bring up attendance due to uncontrolled circumstances, after contacting this facilty to explain what’s happening. Instructor threatening to dump students first aid supply bin out if she’s not happy with the organization of the bin. No problem having students waste gloves steady but can’t supply one way values for pocket masks? Material and supplies are deteriorating and broken. Books are photocopied and homework handouts are a mess and difficult keep organized as multiple staples to hold the materials together. Pretty cheaply put together and poorly run. Will not recommend this company to anyone in need of training they offer and will not have myself enrolled in facility again for renewal. I’m still dealing with repercussions of this facilty contacting my place of employment due to being in this course. I passed this course with 87% written and 85% practical. The administration needs to grow up and act professionally and treat its students professionally. Disgusted with the childish mentality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An absolute beautiful place, I was so happy to walk in and learn it was where I would be writing my exam.
Protocol felt safe and secure regarding Covid, while still commiting to carrying out examinations for EMR's and PCP's.
I would highly recommend taking training here from what I experienced. Would probably even make the drive to write another exam here in the future!
