She absolutely taught valuable life skill in great with high standard.

The instructor, Lisa, I found to be very engaging, and very down to earth. Plus, she knew the material covered very well, and wasn't afraid, if she didn't know an answer, to say so. Which, to myself, made her very relatable. I hope our company gets her again when my card expires
K	Kimberly Ross on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lisa Hibma is a great trainer! She made the course interesting while injecting a bit of humor to keep our attention. I learned so much from this course. She gave us so much hands on experience and practice with CPR adult, child and enfant I now feel qualified to offer medical assistance whenever I'm called upon to help someone. I also learned I've been taking my inhaler wrong for the last 4 years and thanks to Lisa I'm now taking it correctly. We were able to do this course while still following Covid-19 protocol. Masks were worn and only removed when needed to do CPR training of which everyone was over 6 feet apart. Much appreciated Lisa on helping me be prepared if I'm ever called on for medical assistance.

She was such an authentic person and her life experiences and amazing, friendly personality made the course so much more engaging, while still providing a professional teaching style. She is extremely knowledgeable and has a more hands on, inclusive approach than usual. Her teaching style is exactly how I like to learn. She was helpful, patient, thorough and well spoken. I definitely recommend Lisa as an instructor, and when I need my certification renewed I know I’ll be making the trip to see her again as long as I still can.

From the first minute to the last, Lisa made us feel at ease, laugh and learn. This is my 3rd time with her and I can't imagine anyone else deliver the lessons. Well done! See you in another 3 years?
