β β β β β I have dealt with a rep named Suzan Porteous for the past year and I have to say I have never has such exceptional service before. With every email I sent her she was quick to reply and give me a though list of information in every response. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. In addition, the rates for euro and American exchange are excellent. I have been recommending this company to all of my friends because I know they wonβt be disappointed.

β β β β β What a perfect example of efficient customer service this company is. I came here after having a really lame experience with CIBC. I had 1200 Czech Crowns I wanted to turn into Canadian dollars. CIBC wouldn't take them, even though I bought them there originally! Anyway, a quick Google search later and I found this place. I got an immediate rate online, typed in my phone number, and within seconds I had a text confirmation. I drove to their store and had a frictionless transaction with a lovely lady. On top of all that, the rate was very fair. Highly recommended!

β β β β β Great company! Decent rates for cash at approx. 1.5% fee (.5-.9% for online but it takes 4 days) but it's instant and readily available. If you want to take out cash fast, this is by far the best place to go. No need to place a cash order, just call the day of and pickup the cash.

β β β β β Place was professional and clean. Nobody was waiting before me. Had to wait as she was on the phone for 5-10 mins. When she did finally attended to my needs and I was about to pay I noticed the amount she put in for me to pay was 50% less and let it time out and asked her why the amount was less. She looked at the printed sheet again that contains the amount of US dollars I need she realized she made a mistake and adjusted it without saying anything and when I asked her what happened she didnβt have an answer for me. I believe she needs more training in reading and inputting the correct amount into the computer. Itβs only through my alertness on my part that this transaction completed to my satisfaction.

β β β β β Competitive exchange rates and no service fees. Don't forget book the rate before you go. I booked Japanese Yen this morning. But they are all gone when I went to pick up. The lady told me she will call me when the money delivery from head office. I've got my Yen within an hour. Very friendly service.
