Randy Tichy
Randy comes to us with over 25 years of light to medium duty automotive experience. He has been fully licensed as An Automotive & Heavy Truck technician since 1996. Randy was fascinated by cars, motorcycles and pretty much everything mechanical from very young age. He followed that passion through school knowing what he wanted to do. At 17, he started his apprenticeship in Mississauga and remained at the same shop until receiving his Automotive Technician and Truck & Coach licenses in 1996. Shortly thereafter he decided to explore the world of heavy trucks and trailers. The pull to the automotive sector drew him back. The past 6 years, working in Guelph, Randy amassed a plethora of experience and knowledge by working on classics and hot rods. In July 2021, Randy and his family chose to sell their home in Burlington and move to the great white north and call Sault Ste Marie home. As a close & personal friend of Integrity’s ownership duo for the past 20+ years, we welcome him with open arms. He is a great addition to our FAMILY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing customer service and true to their name - integrity. Two girls and an old school bus showed up at their shop having issues with our aux air system. They gave us a super honest assessment (confirmed by our mechanic once we got back home) and fixed what needed to be fixed while recommending some additional work that could wait until the 'wallet was a bit thicker'. Tex and Eric were so awesome - highly recommend to everyone! If you need honest mechanic work done with top quality customer service - this is your shop! Thanks guys for helping us out - we really really appreciate it.

They explain everything that needs to be done and the breakdown of cost prior to getting the go ahead to repair the issues. Tex and Randy have saved my butt with same day calls multiple times now. Absolutely stellar experience every single time! You will not find better service anywhere. Its worth the short drive out of the city! ??

We brought in our RV for a safety inspection AND repair without any notice. The RV had a good chunk of problems and the airbag light was on. They had a shop full of work, but Tex found a way to get us in, do the inspection, AND fix the RV in 3 days!
There aren't enough kind words in the English language to say about everyone at Integrity.
This is the only place that we will be using from now on for our automotive needs.

After being told that our diesel truck needed an expensive new part and repair from the dealership, we sought another opinion and are so happy we went to Integrity Heavy Repair Inc.!
Where the dealership took 7 weeks to order a part (after quoting 1 week), Integrity got us in for a check within a couple days and had the truck fixed, for cheaper, within the week!
They communicated with us every step of the way, explained their findings and what they proposed as a course of action, and checked in with us when trying to remove a stubborn part which was taking more time than they expected.
Even with all the extra time, the price for the part and labour came in well under the dealership quote simply for the part, they completed the work before we were expecting, and were so professional, courteous, and thoughtful during the process that we would recommend this shop a hundred times over!
