★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mauvais service avec la secrétaire d’un docteur. Jamais je me suis senti autant humilié et insulté de toute ma vie. Ce qui était urgent pour moi n’était visiblement pas urgent pour elle. Elle m’a manqué de respect a un tel point ca fait des semaines et ca me hante encore. Je ne vais jamais retourner dans cet endroit.
Very poor service with a doctor's secretary. I have never felt so humiliated and insulted in my entire life. What was urgent for me was obviously not urgent for her. She has disrespected me so badly for weeks and still haunts me. I will never go back to this place.

It might be good if we could make an appointment for a walk-in because the line is always busy and we can't show up without an appointment. Adequate telephone service will do well.
