Not someone who generally leaves poor reviews but unfortunately we had a very similar experience as Gordon. Not a company I would recommend going through.

ISSUE #1:I had placed an order with for a new exterior entrance door with a 3/4 privacy glass insert. When the door was installed it was installed with a temporary glass insert lacking privacy and security. Ross assured me & assured me that he had my insert & that the temporary insert would be replaced with my order ASAP; these excuses lasted for approx 6 1/2 wks at which time I learned he had NEVER ordered my insert to begin with (therefore a refund was requested for my ordered product) ISSUE #2: Second door ordered was for a WHITE fiberglass door with a WHITE miniblind insert. What we received was a CREAM/BEIGE colored door with a MINT GREEN miniblind insert. The door shows visible markings of wear. We ordered a NEW door NOT a USED door. Integrity's owner assured us time over, that the door we had ordered was NOT used and that it was new. INSTALLATION ISSUES: * Front & Back Door: Each door has a visible gap that provides visible exposure to the outside. * Garage Door: was installed with NO spring hinge which is CODE mandatory for garage doors * The door handles were installed upside down * The original front door kick stop wasn't replaced with the installation of the new door * Numerous dates, times were scheduled for the door(s) installation; but were met with no one coming to my home. No customer service courtesy call was received by ownership that my installation was delayed. Texts, phone calls, messages were not returned & on the off chance I did get a response it was a pathetic excuse from ownership. After months of frustration and aggravation, the owner admitted to me that he had been "stringing me along" that my privacy glass insert would be ordered & installed immediately. A refund was requested. When the order was placed, he gladly took my deposit and in return I received aggravation, frustration with no product accompanied with faulty installations and pathetic excuses for the truth. Customer Service and communication is non existent. As a valued customer you would think a reputable door supplier would be ethical with an ounce of integrity but from my experience this supplier doesn't live up to these qualities or to its name #integrity * Since the writing of my original review, the owner, Ross Petz has reached out to me numerous times over wanting to resolve the issue(s) I did NOT accept his offers as it was just TOO LATE TO DO DAMAGE CONTROL at this point, I had endured enough aggravation, frustration, and time lost, definitely not a door/window supplier I would recommend.

Ross and the staff bent over backwards to make sure we were looked after with the right doors and window and to make sure they were installed professionally. Very happy with the entire experience and would recommend them highly. I found their prices to be very competitive as well.

If I could leave 0 stars I would- I was giving this guy an opportunity bc I used to deal with him at a different door company- now that he’s branched off, he lacks completely in all aspects. My service was delayed, everything was damaged and did not fit my home properly. Going back to my original door guy who does great work

Tried calling Integrity Door and Window twice now with no success....no one answered my phone calls and you cannot leave a voice message! Integrity.....hmmmmm After leaving the above review I was able to have a quote appointment the same day and a written quote the following day. VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE from Integrity Door and Window. I am pleased to say that Integrity Door and Window is a great company...a few hiccups along the way and all was resolved in a timely fashion. Ross is willing to work within your budget as well...love my new windows and would highly recommend Integrity Door and Window

Worst service I have ever received. Ordered a door and it arrived at the shop but took months for it to get delivered. Then after installation had an issue with the window. Someone was sent out to fix it but did not fix it properly which led to my door warping and ultimately getting frozen shut over the winter. After letting them know of the issue in January I am still waiting for someone to come and fix it and it is now May. I have been getting put off and pushed back for months and still have no idea if or when someone will be out to fix it. Will never order from here again, nor will I suggest any one else to purchase from here, especially if you live outside of regina!
