The staff at the Overhead Door Store were great! I had an issue with my garage door not going down so I contacted them online to have someone come out to look at my door. They called me the next day and instead of just sending someone out to look at it the actually gave me suggestions on what might be the cause and how to fix it, and in 15 minutes I had fixed my garage door myself. To me that is a big deal! That is a company that actually wants to help their customers and not just have customers. Thanks to everyone at the Overhead Door Store!!

On the coldest day of the year, a most capable service person fixed our garage door, and it works as good as new. Now, everyday the sun beats down on the sensor, the door never fails to close. I am happy about all aspects of my interaction with Overhead Door Co. except one. I am happy with the speed they came to rescue me when I broke the door. It took some time to get the part in but the repair was great. If anything leaves a bad taste, it is the infamous "truck charge" Very annoying, why not a wrench charge, screwdriver charge, gas charge....I think you get my drift. Get rid of that $65.00 truck charge, it smacks of gouging. Thank you for your reply. Yes, I was aware of the charges, I did authorize the repairs and they will be paid promptly. Your email asked me to review and that is what I did. I told you that like most consumers, we HATE those extra charges. You can choose to do nothing, your prerogative; or find a way to hide those charges so it is not so annoying. I suspect that soon while visiting a restaurant we will be paying, food, beverage, tip and a clothing allowance surcharge.

Great service. The overhead spring on the garage door broke. I called on Monday morning. They could not come that day to fix it but offered to help me get my car out of the garage if I needed it. I did not. Scheduled the work for Tuesday morning between 9-11. Got a call shortly after 8 they were on their way. By 9 the work was done. Great customer service. Thanks Morley.

My garage door quit working. Overhead Door had installed it so I called them. I was told they were busy and would call me back. Over a week later and still no call back. I needed it fixed, so I called another company. They said they could not fix it because Overhead Door is the only company with parts for that opener. Because I needed it fixed, and obviously Overhead Door wasn’t going to even call me back, I made the decision to spend the extra money and get a whole new opener. They company that installed it, had it installed within two days of calling them and were excellent to deal with. The parts for the new one are readily available and some have lifetime warranty. Customer service is key!

Really bad experience so far, please try them if you have no option left. Their garage door glasses are of very cheap quality they are not manufactured for winters like Sask they crack very easily and when you call them to replace they always say those glasses are on backorder from manufacturer and for sure they use Covid as an excuse that it got delayed but reality is their customer service not good at all. I am waiting for my window glass from last 8months still not fixed and customer service rep said you are not the only one we have people waiting for over an year now she was so proud to say this. ALERT ** Only use them as your last option, there are so many other good companies with great customer service***. Thanks

For a company that is Supposed to Fix overhead doors with 24 hour service .I have 10 over head doors that need to be fixed from. Weather stripping door adjustments and new wheels ect. I get told the person that books everything is on Holidays. So the whole fu#king building shuts down. Unfuc#king real

Got a surprising bill from them for nearly 400$ for fixing my garage door opener's power issue. They did not tell me anything about the cost. They did not tell me my machine was not under warranty, which I asked in the very beginning. They ordered parts twice, neither of them having my consent. They did not tell me about the labour cost. They did not give me a single price number. Their behaving made me think my machine must be under warranty. The customer service doesn't want me to talk to the owner. She just wants me to pay or sents the bill the collection department. There is something really wrong with this company!
