★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leighton has done 2 inspections for us.The homes he inspected were polar opposites.One home 45 yrs old and needing some TLC the other home was 12 yrs old and in immaculate condition.Leighton was equally thorough with his inspections on both properties.Very knowledgeable and conscientious.Highly recommended and worth every penny.Thanks Leighton!

His inspections are by far the most thorough and accurate that I have experienced. Unlike most inspectors, he is qualified in both residential and commercial property construction and therefore has a much stronger understanding of what he is looking at.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had Leighton of Integra property inspections carry out thermal imaging and have a look at a few items at my property as I wanted to make sure my house was well insulated and efficient, especially in exterior walls and window/door installs since they’re hidden. He was very thorough and found a few noteworthy items that he gave recommendations for as well as sent detailed pictures so that I could pin point the locations again. Would highly recommend him

This is the 3rd time in 20 years that we have used a property inspector and both my wife and I are very happy with his attention to detail - he leaves no stone un-turned, anything that did not look right he went into more depth to determine if there was an actual problem. Leighton also paid particular attention and time to areas that we believed were possible issues. His experience in the construction industry is very evident, he even provided us with some suggestions on how to improve certain items. That same afternoon we received a very detailed inspection report with lots of pictures and explanations. We highly recommend Leighton and will use him again in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leighton was a true professional. He showed up on time, was easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable. He explained many fact about our new home that were very pertinent and informative. Several recommendations were made by him throughout the inspection. I asked if he knew of professionals regarding duct cleaning, furnace maintenance, and plumbing and he promptly passed me business cards. Generally a great experience with Leighton and well worth the money for his time and thorough inspection.

He was quick to reply, fit me in my desired time slot, and was friendly and professional for all correspondence. He was very thorough with his inspection which was very important to me after previously using an inspector in town who seemed to breeze in and out without investigating anything very thoroughly. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer every question I threw his way. I would highly recommend Leighton to anyone needing a job well done.

His prices are probably the best I've seen, he was very accommodating and kept some dates open while I was figuring out financing, and he was a pleasure to communicate with. Unfortunately the seller of the house I am buying stood him up and he was booked up solid for the next week. But he was immediately in contact with me and waited until it was clear she was a total no show. I can't speak for his actual inspection, but I would guess he does a great job given his professionalism up to that point.
