★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mike truly is the best home inspector that the Okanagan has to offer. He is honest, detailed, thorough, and dependable. Purchasing or Selling a home is a serious financial commitment and before you buy/sell I would highly recommend that Mike perform your home inspection. It's important to know what you need to fix before you sell or what you need to know about the property before you buy as there could be hidden costs that you don't see at your viewing. Over the years we had hired other home inspectors and they were not worthy of this job title as they were NOT thorough and later cost us more money in unexpected repairs that were not on the report - just proves that anyone can print words on shiny paper. With Mike you know he will do a good job and you can trust his work! Again we highly recommend McZak Home Inspections.

He provided us with a detailed report complete with photos and concerns.
Payment was easy and seemless.
