β β β β β Used Edmond, Felix and Joe from instyle cabinet for custom living room and custom kitchen. I went with an extremely modern handle-less style which is difficult to do. Very efficient and extremely customer oriented. Felix set up the cabinets with another helper within a day. He was on time and very friendly. Edmond gave us an extremely reasonable price for very high quality acrylic, glides and plywood. Easily 10% cheaper than other quotes we got (and we asked for at least 3 other quotes). There were two mistakes (it was a super complex job with many changes) but they fixed it quickly and took full responsibility. Edmond replied to me emails even at 12 midnight - he literally worked 7 days a week for 12 hours to make sure customers are happy. My two suggestions to them is to have clearer written documentation and only write measurements on labels that you can easily peel off. My kitchen and living room cabinets look amazing and I have gotten lots of compliments on them. Thank you Instyle Cabinets.

β β β β β Shopped for cabinets for quite a few months and decided to go with Instyle because Edmund's customer service is exceptional and the price was much less than all others. Edmund spend hours explaining details to me and answering all my questions. I am definitely not the easiest person to deal with but Edmund was always available and never seemed bothered.
The cabinets look amazing! So happy with the end result. There was one little hiccup with the install, but Edmund was quick to fix it. Would definitely recommend Edmund to all friends and family.

β β β β β I needed some help with our kitchen yesterday and called Edmund. As usual, he picked up the phone and responded to my question immediately. Later I realized that he had helped me with a part I hadnβt initially ordered through him (my mistake).
This morning I looked up the job he did for us. It dates back to 2012. I was sort of shocked that a decade had flown by. I was also somewhat taken aback by Edmundβs remarkable customer service.
Here we are, almost 10 years later, and he still happily responds to any questions I have. When there have been small items in need of repair, heβs gone out of his way to helpβoften not even wanting to be paid for the parts. (I have literally left money for him on his countertop while he wasnβt looking, as he wasnβt willing to accept it.)
This sort of commitment to oneβs customers is effectively unheard of these days. Meanwhile, it says little of the initial job, which Edmund completed on time, on budget, and with clear communication.
I canβt recommend Edmund enough. Heβs a good guy who does exactly as he promises. ?
