Je m'y suis donc rendue sans attentes et sans me faire trop d'espoirs car tous les salons que j'avais visité auparavant se disant "spécialisées" s'étaient révélés de vrais amateurs. J'ai donc eu un premier rendez-vous avec Louise et dès le premier moment elle m'a complètement pris en charge, rassurée et m'a montré toutes les options qui s'offraient à moi. Je peux dire qu'après quelques rendez-vous ma vie à complètement changé, je n'irai jamais plus ailleurs, cet endroit est magique, dès qu'on traverse la porte on sent que chaque client est important et qu'on sera écouté et satisfait.
La gentillesse et l'attention de toute l'équipe reflète l'excellent service. Merci Louise à toi, à Alain et toute ta belle équipe.
I discovered this hairdressing salon by chance on the internet, after so many years of research I couldn't believe it anymore, I am one of those women who is facing a significant hair loss and who has been looking for a solution for years . So I went there without expectations and without having too many hopes because all the salons that I had visited before claiming to be "specialized" had turned out to be true amateurs. So I had a first meeting with Louise and from the first moment she took care of me completely, reassured me and showed me all the options available to me. I can say that after a few appointments my life has changed completely, I will never go elsewhere, this place is magical, as soon as you walk through the door you feel that each client is important and that we will be listened to and satisfied.
The kindness and attention of the entire team reflects the excellent service. Thank you Louise to you, to Alain and all your great team.
