J'ai commandé une seule fois, une commande assez grosse (~180$/200$). J'ai eu un gros doute en voyant certains paquets... je me suis mis à tous les peser. Des carrés d'agneau valant près de ~13$ pour 200gr pesaient À PEINE 48 gr AVEC L'EMBALLAGE!!! Après vérification, je dirais que environ 60% des paquets dans la commande étaient SIGNIFICATIVEMENT en dessous du poids annoncé dans leurs tarifs. Ce qui pesait le poid réel le pesait AVEC l'emballage, donc toujours quelques grammes en dessous, bien évidemment... Aucun remboursement aucun échange. J'ai eu 2 carrés d'agneau de plus et un futur rabais de 15$ parce que j'ai monté le ton et j'ai expliqué la situation totalement anormale. Bref, ça vallait bien moins que tout la viande que je n'ai pas eu dans la commande. Ça fait environ ~2 ans de cela, mais j'ai tenu à mettre un avis parce qu'un ami a fait une commande là aussi et c'est la même chose... The review is for the home meat ordering / delivery service, not the store. WEIGHT YOUR ORDER! I ordered only once, quite a large order (~ $ 180 / $ 200). I had a big doubt when I saw some packages ... I started to weigh them all. Racks of lamb worth almost ~ $ 13 for 200g weighed BARELY 48g WITH THE PACKAGING !!! After checking I would say about 60% of the packages in the order were SIGNIFICANTLY below the weight advertised in their rates. What weighed the actual weight weighed it WITH the packaging, so always a few grams below, of course ... No refund no exchange. I got 2 more racks of lamb and a future $ 15 discount because I upped the tone and explained the totally abnormal situation. In short, it was worth much less than all the meat that I did not have in the order. It's been about ~ 2 years ago, but I wanted to post a review because a friend placed an order there too and it's the same ...

Mentioned in email that the links on the English version of their site were broken and linking to the old website, after a few days few more emails still no reply, but the English version of their site was removed. MESSAGE RECEIVED LOUD AN CLEAR!
