★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for my first time today and spent almost an hour looking around! So many things to see. Got some crystals, pink salt candle holder and some sage! Loved this place and the staff are very friendly and informative. Will definitely be coming back! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Relatively nice selection. Has a little bit of everything but if you're looking for specifics you're better off going to a different store. Only one person working at a time so if it is busy you're better off getting your stuff and going.
Great selection of bulk stones though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ one of my rare five stars. lovely service from staff, he doesn't make you feel weird if you're wandering around the rather tiny store. he'll pull things out to show you and will offer bags for stones, etc. the variety here is wonderful, from religious to spiritual to eclectic. i buy my best incense here, as well as sage bundles. it always smells great, and i love the half door being open even during winter!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where do I begin with Instincts? I have bought some of the most valuable things I own today from this store. All the employees and the owners bring me joy and peace. The minute you walk in the store you feel grounded by the incredible energy. My tip is to not talk too much while you are in the store, unless you have questions for Grant and the employees of course. When I go with friends into the store I don’t talk often to them because I really try to focus my energy on the item I wish to purchase. Their tarot card selection is magnificent, their knowledge on books and crystals are advanced. This is a store not only for beginners but also for intermediate and experts. I consider Grant an expert in the understanding of all products in the store, it’s fascinating. I have been coming to this locally owned store for almost 5 years and have become a regular. Thank-you instincts for being my favourite shop and atmosphere to enter!
