★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist told me the guy would come by in the week of May 25 to hydroseed a hill for me. It's June 10th and he hasn't shown up yet. He called 2 weeks ago and said he'd be coming but never did. I can't wait any longer so I called and cancelled. Disappointed with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really disappointed in the result and he is ignoring me. I’ve reached out to Dan 3 times now to look for a solution as it’s been 5.5 weeks and It’s still whispy, patchy and thin. I was told in 2 weeks I’d be mowing my lawn (of course I took that with a grain of salt) but now it’s been 5.5 and I still wouldn’t even walk on it.
A friend of mine hand bombed seed on his grass 3 weeks ago and has been hand watering and it’s already looking like a nice lawn. After seeing what kind of prep we’d done vs him and how quickly his came in- there’s obviously something wrong with mine.
The fact Dan won’t call me back is extremely frustrating- I’m not looking for a free ride, I just want to discuss where things are at and to find a solution.
The fact he won’t return my calls shows he doesn’t stand behind his product and cares very little. Hopefully you don’t make the same mistake I did by calling this guy- as you can probably tell by the only two reviews he has, being 1 star. He’s not who you want to deal with.
Small valley Dan, try not to burn bridges. Business works better when your clients don’t regret meeting you.
