I said that early spring would be fine but I would like a quote in the near future. They said they would be back with a quote but I have not seen them since (April 9th). I have since got another company to come in and view the job.

They did quality work and were able to understand our needs, by viewing the site, interviewing the owners and asking questions before and during the work, to customize the project to meet the owners needs and fit in with the landscaping and surrounding area. The work teams were professional, respectful and conscientious. They kept a clean worksite to the point of sweeping the street at the end of every day. We have received very positive feedback from the neighbours on how impressed they are with the project outcome and the construction of the project. Kudos to Block by Block!

We are thrilled with the work that has been done to our home, and can honestly say this crew went above and beyond in problem-solving drainage and some other site issues that came up along the way. We were in excellent hands with BBB! The crew has been incredibly hard-working and courteous; the site has been tidied up of all their tools each night, and they have started first thing in the a.m. every morning and just go all day. We've been in constant communication with them, as they've checked in with us every day to ensure all is well and the project is going as we envisioned. It was such a stress-free process for us. The 1* reviews here of this company (from people who didn't even have any work done by them...?) are hilarious. Newsflash, businesses that are good at what they do, will generally be busy - and these guys are the best around. You might have to wait a while, and it will be well worth it.
