★ ★ ★ ★ ★ $486 to replace a battery in Kia Sportage! Their quoting system is as confusing as the reps who talk to you on the phone. Had I not been mislead I would have never agreed. I gave them a shot to support a business and got taken advantage of. Totally could have done it myself for half the cost and 30 mins of my time or just taken it to a mechanic. The link from my quote points to a customer service rep that doesn't work there. The new one that I spoke to said she would review my call and get back to me as I was quoted $200 on the phone. (apparently that was for some monthly membership I didn't want) Never got that call back. I tried to give them a chance to redeem themselves before reviewing here but that, obviously, didn't happen. The mechanic they sent out was good as far as I could tell, for the 15 minutes he spent on my Kia. I'll take this one for the team but I would stay away.
