You might be trying to navigate conflict with your partner without resorting to those things you said you’d never do. Or, perhaps you’re doing your best to stay well during a pandemic that separates you from the people and places that brought meaning to your life. Sometimes life throws us challenges that can shake our confidence and make our hopes and dreams seem unattainable. I’ve been there, and I get it. I am a registered clinical social worker and committed to helping you realize your hopes and dreams. Over the last 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people like you who have a desire for change and a willingness to reach out. I am warm, down-to-earth and compassionate. My approach is person-centred – allowing your values and aspirations to light the way.
