★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The care and compassion exhibited at all levels of Harmony staff was exceptional - from the hospital visit to the in-home consultation and eventually to the care givers who provided their utmost in empathy toward my palliative father and our family on scene. We were grateful for the care provided by all of the staff members. Their attention to professionalism and compassion was evident throughout their attentive execution of their roles as well as their positive demeanours toward my parents. We feel that the staff of Harmony believe that their care is not just a job but a calling as staff members attended the funeral for my father on their own time and this solidified our admiration for the quality of care Harmony provides their clients.
My thanks to Harmony Care giving for being a part of our palliative care journey with my father. I have the highest of praise for Harmony and would recommend this company to anyone that are in a similar situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used Harmony Caregiving for a long period of time for care of a disabled family member, as well as more recently for myself after a surgery where I could not do much around the house. The staff they send are incredible: they can help you with cleaning, chores, companionship, errands, or any sort of care you need. We had various staff members from this company help us over the years, and they were all wonderful people and completely trustworthy. The owners take the time to really talk to you and understand you and to set you up with staff that they think will best be able to meet your needs. It is a small company where the owners actually care about their clients. I would highly recommend them.

There were numerous Homecare Providers coming in and out but no one stayed long enough to actually have a conversation. The staff at Harmony were kind and caring. The staff managed to engage my mother in conversation.

They also provided me personally with advice and kindness during one of the most difficult times of my life. Thx to Harmony Care we were able to spend Christmas together safely I highly recommend their services.

The fit with the home care personnel and my parents has been incredible, almost as if they had been with us for years despite we have only had their support for a few months. I would highly recommend Harmony Caregiving to anyone looking for assistance of their loved ones.

Not only do they only insure there clients are perfectly matched up with only the best caregivers and insure each client and caregiver have things in common so they can form a special bond , but they don't treat there employees like employees they treat them like family and that's what truly matters your not just a number at Harmony your a person and your feelings matter . Their supportive office staff ensure that their clients and their employees have absolutely everything they could possibly need to ensure that the shift goes well . As well as around the clock support if anything where to come up . I Honestly highly recommend this company!!!! And I have recommended them to friends and family myself.
I want to give a HUGHES shout out to everyone in the Edmonton office you lady's are so wonderful and I don't know what I would do without you !!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I frequently refer people to Harmony Caregiving. They really came through for my family and I when my mother was placed in a long term care facility. It was a really hard process and my family appreciated the peace of mind Harmony was able to provide by providing companion care on the nights my family could not visit. They were with us all the way even during the heart wrenching period when my mother forgot myself and my siblings. Sherry was so kind and reached out to me personally to see how I was doing. I really appreciated her thoughtfulness. It was such a simple thing to do, but it really showed she cared about my family.
At one point during COVID, the rules at my mother's home relaxed enough to allow two people to visit my mother. This was a hard decision for us as it had to be same two people every time and we are a family of four siblings. How could we possibly decide? After much discussion, we decided as a family that one of the people should be our usually care giver from Harmony. They were able to provide great companion support and we felt that this was in mom's best interests. Again, could not recommend Sherry and her team at Harmony Caregiving enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harmony caregiving team was absolutely incredible with supporting my family through extremely difficult time. Their caregivers were very attentive, caring and warm when looking after my grandfather. The nurses went out of their way to help us make my grandfather comfortable and ensure he has the best care and that I have all the needed support in order to care for him at home. They are also very responsive and very quick to set up an in-home assessment (I reached out to them on Sunday for services and already had a nurse in our home the next morning to do an assessment). They were very caring, considerate and supportive. I would highly recommend their services to my loved ones and friends!
