★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ivona Zager is absolutely horrible and should be ashamed with herself for conducting herself so unprofessionally!! I called to inquire about service for a friend and she hung up on me mid sentence when it was apparent that she didn't have compassionate rates instead of maybe referring me to somebody who could help. I called back and said "did you hang up on me" she said "I thought we were done" I said "I was mid sentence" and Ivona hung up on me again! WOW. This lady is all about the dollar and if she treats people like that, I highly doubt she'd be a good therapist.

I strongly recommend Ivona as she is not just a dedicated psychotherapist, yet an individual with a beautiful soul who truly cares about your recovery.
