The information is well organized and it helped me to make the decision to call him in the first place. From the time I first contacted Liam to the time he submitted his home inspection report, he was accessible in a way that is seldom seen in today's business world - patiently willing to answer all questions with sincere friendliness and a pleasant manner. He promptly answered all of my calls, texts and emails. On the day of the home inspection, Liam made everyone feel very comfortable - the seller, the seller's realtor and my wife & I. His communication skills helped navigate what could have been a tense 3+ hours. He tactfully explained the things that he was seeing and was meticulously thorough with his assessment of what needed to be done. He was fast able to identify the things that were "issues" and which could be dealt with in the years to come. My wife and I had received the home inspection report that the seller of the home that we were buying had commissioned one year earlier. Liam's report was far more detailed. In his 70 page report, he listed things that needed to be done immediately, things that could wait and itemized maintenance issues that would require attention on an ongoing basis. The documentation, replete with photos is an excellent resource and the workers we plan to hire will be able to benefit from its instruction. Liam Pratt is an exceptional home inspector and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who is in need of home inspection services.

Also he is always willing to answer questions and provide information for any concerns you might have during the inspection process. But above all, I think Liam's best quality as an inspector is that he's 100% honest and upfront with you. If and when I need home inspection services again, Liam Pratt is the only one I'll be calling.
