We used Inspection Platinum for the pre-purchase inspection of our first property and we loved the experience. We got an appointment quickly. The inspector (Christian) was very knowledgeable and friendly. We followed him during the inspection and he showed us and explained his observations point by point. He knows his job well and it shows! He answered all our questions and we are very satisfied with the service and the rigor with which the inspection was carried out. The inspection report is complete and substantial and was sent to us very quickly after the inspection. I recommend this company without hesitation, we will do business with them again, that's for sure! Hats off to the whole team and thank you for making us feel confident.

Ils ont un excellent souci pour le détail : jamais je ne me suis senti comme s'ils coupaient les coins ronds ni qu'ils étaient pressés. Le rapport d'inspection m'est revenu très rapidement et Éric nous a même accordé du temps au téléphone pour répondre à nos questions et pour nous expliquer les répercussions possibles des petits pépins qu'il a décelés. C'est un excellent service que je recommanderais sans hésitation à mes amis et proches! My spouse and I did a pre-purchase inspection with Éric accompanied by his apprentice. Both were super nice and courteous. They have excellent attention to detail: I never felt like they were cutting corners or being rushed. The inspection report came back to me very quickly and Éric even gave us time on the phone to answer our questions and to explain the possible repercussions of the small glitches he detected. It is an excellent service that I would recommend without hesitation to my friends and relatives!

We like the house a lot, but we didn't want our emotions to guide our decision of the purchase. A friend of mine referred me to Éric Martin (the owner of Inspection Platinum) and after talking with him about his services, I had the confidence that we would do an excellent job in finding both minor and major points to consider before buying the house. When we arrived at the house on the inspection day, Éric was already on site assessing the exterior of the house. He shared with us in simple terms what he saw could be a problem and provided us some solutions to consider to fix it. I appreciate his candor, his honesty and his expertise at what he does. The way he does his job is akin to my family doctor: he'll verify everything that needs to be verified, assess the condition and provide guidelines to maintain and improve the health of the house. One last thing that I appreciate about Éric is how proactive he is: I ask him a question and he'll provide me with answers to other questions I haven't asked or wouldn't think to ask. That helped us in making a sound and intelligent decision on whether to purchase our house or not. We look forward in hiring Inspection Platinum every few years to do an assessment of our home to make sure it remains healthy for many more years to come.
