First time buying uniforms for my daughter, when I inquired about uniforms and sizes the lady behind the counter (Solomi) very rudely pointed me to a mountain of clothes; nothing organized. When I asked her about sizes, she proceeds to say, 'that's all we have', expecting me to sort through a mound of disorganized uniforms that were just dumped on the table. Refusing to leave the counter area to assist. Horrible customer service.

Disrespectful to customers that need help when their job is to provide excellent service. Does no work themselves and expects workers to pick up their slack. Couldn’t care less about workers dietary restrictions. Only cares about themselves getting paid without lifting a finger. Head office should look into their management and work to find loyal management for the better of their company.
J	Jane Richards on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came into the store a few times, the backorders took a while to come in but their employer Omie made the process go smooth and was always very nice no matter how frustrating things got. She's a lot better than the manager Salomie who is very very rude!
R	Robert Charlene Ta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast and easy, great service. Only piece of advice is that to try on clothing, we were required to Try on over top the clothing we wore to the store. Keep that in mind - wear thin clothes to store if you child will need to try on for sizing.

Everyone was great but on top of being knowledgeable and helpful with my kids clothes they were also mindful and gave us lots of time to try on clothes on a fussy toddler. They also taught me about K-pop music and culture, very unexpected but fun add on. Thanks!
