The first time I used this company, I hired them to install security cameras around my home. Prior to the work commencing, we were given a written estimate for the work. The estimate was clear and concise. The work was started on time. The entire time Steve, the company owner over saw the work of his employees. He also made sure that he was available to answer any of our questions and concerns. We were so pleased with the experience that we hired this company again to change our light switches so that our house lights could be turned on and off remotely.

Steve was very good at explaining all the details, also promptly answering all our questions and addressing any concerns. The work was done efficiently and professionally by Benny and team, and they made sure to clean up the area once the jobs were completed. We have yet to install the actual chargers, but I am impressed so far with the quality and professionalism of this company. Highly recommended!

Steve is extremely professional and responsive. Their work is thorough and the quality is excellent. It only became a need once we started doing landscaping renovations and the contractors needed working outdoor outlets to power their tools which until then we were running extension cords from inside the house to provide power. We were referred to Innovation Electric through a friend and so we called to arrange for service. Steve was super accommodating especially during the ever-changing landscape of the pandemic and extremely thorough with the costs and scope of work. The electrician sent was very knowledgeable and professional and up front as new parts needed to be paid for. In addition, the electrician had completed the arranged work in less time than expected and was also able to repair a small light switch inside the house too within the allotted time slot paid for which we really appreciated! It was a great experience overall and we will continue to use Steve and his crew for all our electrical needs.

We appreciated how Steve respected our house as his own and cleaned up immaculately after the job was done. The fact that Steve has electrical experience with both residential and commercial settings made our minds at ease when we contracted Steve. Steve’s customer service is truly outstanding and we have since referred Steve to many family and co-workers and all have had the same positive experience with Steve. If you have electrical needs, I would recommend at least getting a quote and talking through your needs with Steve. And as a side note, you really pay for what you get. J	Justin Huang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted Innovation Electric to help me with my panel breaker occasionally tripping. Steve returned my request immediately (it was a long weekend!) and offered some basic troubleshooting steps over the phone. However we were not able resolve the issue so I made an appointment for service call. I was able to book with confidence as he provided to me upfront a copy of his licensing and insurance coverage. He took time to explain the issue to me (I asked) as well as documented before and after pictures. Turned out I had bad wiring (signs of previous fire/burning) so that was replaced as well as a new 20A breaker. He was very professional and courteous all the way through. One downside is that he will charge a 3 hour minimum. So it might not be “worth” it for smaller jobs. But in my case , I have no problem in paying a bit more knowing that the job was done right and safely and would recommend Innovation Electric to anyone needing an Electrician.
