Simply a place to avoid. Don't go there unless you want your intelligence to be insulted and humiliated in front of everyone. Your own fix with Google will be better than the time wasted on a call or a visit to them. Here is my story ... I have an old (2008), but extremely powerful HP machine, the only issue I had was the Graphics Card. I had an amazing 2GB Radeon 7850 (using PCI Express x16 BUS Generation 2.0), but it would only give me 256MB of dedicated video memory, so it took me few days to read about this problem on various forums and I found the answer that fit my issue. My issue was that my x16 BUS slot was and actual x8 BUS slot with x16 BUS width, so it was acting like a x8 BUS slot, so I had to replace my x16 BUS card with a PCI Express x8 BUS Generation 2.0 card which are a bit hard to find and sometimes the installation is not smooth, so for once, I said to myself that it's better if "professionals" take care of that, this way I could get some guarantee on the part and on the job, though I could easily install it myself, but I also thought of supporting local business ... When I brought my heavy machine to the shop, the owner asked me what was the issue, I clearly decribed the issue in English and French, but he didn't seem to either listen or understand. When he opened up the computer he exlamed that I had an amazing Graphics Card and that why would I even want to change it ... So I restarted my explanation again, after listening one more time to my story, he said that I need to change my motherboard other wise it will work the same. I said that a new motherboard will be a price of a new computer and to have specs like mine, I'd probably have to pay $1500 at least for a new motherboard. So I said why don't we go with what I already figured out and put an x8 BUS width Graphics Card and fix the problem. He answered that cards like that don't exist and that I am wasting my money. Then he wouldn't even let talk and started interrupting me with his mumbling, periodically saying "You're Wasting Your Money", but saying it so loud that you could hear it in the other store across the street. The whole shop started to look at me packing up my computer and that was somewhat of a humiliation, I didn't know that people could make fun of you while you are "The Customer". Then he stated to take care of another customer while already making a mini-song out of "You're Wasting Your Money" lyrics and singing it so loud so that you could hear him in heaven. I left with lime scales in my soul, I didn't know that by being a customer you could literally get insulted in front of people, and apparently I knew my problem better then so called "professionals" and had a cheap and fast solution. I basically did their job and they needed just to execute what I needed and profit from it. At the end I ordered a Graphics Card over the internet and installed it myself. Now my computer works full blast! I am very glad I didn't leave a penny to them. Avoid that place!

This is an expert computer store that you can confidently trust for all your repairs, needs, advise re computer stuffs. My laptop broke down. In store in the morning, repaired in the afternoon. Great place to fix your things! Had a laptop cable that got thorn. The replacement would have cost me 80$, they fixed it nicely for 20$. They were really nice and have to recommend!

I've been going there for over 10 year and I love this place! The owner is very kind and dedicated. The one stars reviews are definitely from the cry babies percentage of the population. Quan and his team know what they are doing and their prices are great!

BE AWARE, SCAMERS ALERT ?... This store is a pure scam.... They fix your product using parts from materials they have laying around from previous customers they scammed and charge you for new parts.. Especially if you bring you pc to fix there chances of fixing it is next to zero and they will charhe you diagnosis 20 and then they hope you live your product there and they will throw it away or recycle it.. when in reality they will fix it or use ot for parts... just looking at them i should have known better but still took a chance to bring it ther.. payed 20$ for their lies... i brought my pc to another store just to be sure and they sais nothimg major just fans need replacement and cleaning and my pc is good to go..... Be aware they are SCAMERS....

terrible store. i called to check about a product, they were super unhelpful and told me i had to come in to the store so they could look at my computer to see if they had 'the right component' because it's slightly different for different computers. i'm convinced the guy on the phone just wanted me to bring in my computer so they could 'work on it' to 'fix' a non-existent problem. either way, i wasted my time going into the store (didn't bring my computer) for them to stand around for 10 minutes and finally tell me that they didn't have ANY components like that, let alone 'the right one for my computer'. guy on the phone could have just told me that to begin with and he was a real dweeb about it when i explained to him what i was looking for, he just insisted on not answering my question and made me waste my time. and no one there seemed to have any idea what was going on ... felt super gross walking out of there
