About Infinity Nutrition & Health Coaching

Hey there, time traveller!

Where there’s a will, there’s a way.
Shauna Muldrew founded Infinity Nutrition and Health Coaching in 2017 to help clients achieve their health, wellness and fitness goals.
"I’ve always really been a big enthusiast for fitness and nutrition and healthy living, even as a kid doing science projects on sugar contents in cereals," said Muldrew, a former student athlete who found herself adrift after high school.
"I got wrapped up in an unhealthy lifestyle in my twenties, eating poorly, not exercising," the St. James resident said.
In her early 30s, Muldrew decided to take control of her life. Having graduated from the kinesiology department at the University of Winnipeg and having a background in fitness management, starting her own business was a natural next step.
"As I was getting ready to launch Infinity, I was working on my own personal transformation," Muldrew said. "I got to my healthiest, my leanest, and my happiest well after 30. Launching my business at the same time, my transformation was inspiring to other people."
Offering one-on-one coaching, Infinity’s services include holistic programming to help people achieve health, wellness and fitness goals.
"We do that through customized plans," said Muldrew, who was a 2020-21 nominee for Manitoba’s Woman Entrepreneur of the Year. "Things like how to improve quality of sleep, how to implement stress management in their life. This holistic approach works well."
Along with Muldrew, Infinity has six coaches on staff between two locations, one at 145 Tu-Pelo Ave. in East Kildonan and one at 76  Heritage Blvd. in St. James.
"It’s a diverse area of expertise," Muldrew said.
Throughout the course of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Infinity has made the move to online consultations and sessions. But now that gyms have re-opened in Manitoba for one-on-one sessions, Infinity’s East Kildonan location is offering a pair of free consultation dates for folks who might be interested in becoming clients.
"It’s an opportunity to see what it’s all about, get some information on how health coaching might be good for them," Muldrew said.
On Wed., March 3 from 3 to 8 p.m. and Sat., March 6 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., people are invited to sign up online for a free half-hour session. Participants will have an opportunity to use equipment, such a water rowing machine, exercise bike, cable machine, dumbbells, kettlebells, BOSU balance trainer, and resistance bands while receiving feedback from a coach.
"We have a true passion," Muldrew said of her team. "That caring, excited desire to help people improve their lives helps our clients be more successful when they’re engaged and know they can rely on their coaches throughout the process."

I have had a wonderful experience with Infinity Nutrition and Health Coaching. With the guidance of my coaches, I have lost 32 points and, at the age of 61, I'm in the best shape of my life. The program is made to be sustainable, and I feel well equipped to continue along my health journey in a positive way. Many thanks to Megan, Shauna, and especially Bri!

Wonderful coaching! Jessica is my fitness coach and she makes sure I work hard on my goals. I love our online classes and our daily interactions. She is fun, kind and takes her job seriously. Terance is also great. Had a few lessons with him too, it was always fun and very creative. I am very pleased with Infinity, and I keep renewing my contract all the time, I finally enjoy working out.

I started seeing Jessica after my 43rd birthday in October of 2020. I was at a time in my life that I needed someone to help me get back on track on my fitness and nutrition journey, and I knew I wasn’t able to do it on my own. That’s when I met Jessica. At the time, the restrictions due to COVID-19 were unpredictable. During the course of my 12 weeks with her, we started in person for the first couple of weeks then for the remainder of my sessions, we were online. From the first session to the last, Jessica was incredibly flexible with in-person and online sessions. She was very accommodating, kept communication fluid between us, and was very knowledgeable of the government’s restrictions and how we could best make use of our time together in a safe way. On top of her accommodations during a pandemic, Jessica also helped me achieve my Fitness and Nutrition goals. With one week left, I currently lost 17lbs and I am less than 9 lbs away from my goal weight. It’s worth mentioning that my sessions continued through Christmas when my diet and fitness routines usually take a hit. She stuck with me and continued to guide me through. I always felt supported by Jessica and I am incredibly grateful that she helped me get back on track and guided me towards achieving my goals. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a health coach with an understanding that she is not about a quick fix or losing as much weight as you can in the shortest amount of time. If you can accept your nutrition and fitness goals as part of a bigger journey, if you are ready to work hard for what you want, and work even harder to maintain what you achieve, then she is definitely the right health coach for you. Thank you, Jessica.

Shauna and her crew at Infinity are amazing! I started my wellness journey at age 51 in November of last year after being diagnosed with MS. I’ve been very blessed to have few symptoms, and I wanted to keep it that way! I figured if the healthcare system was going to invest in keeping me as well as possible, I needed to invest in me as well! Six months in and here I am, 25 pounds down, and learning more about nutrition at every session! I grew up on gravies and cheese sauces, Shauna and her team are teaching me how to eat healthy, with organic ingredients, to not only lose the weight, but to get the most nutrient dense foods in my body that I can. If you think things are hopeless, think again! The money I’ve spent on the personalized coaching (which has been done over zoom during the lockdown )has been an investment in myself that is well worth it! If I can do this, so can you! Best part about this? It’s easier than you think!

My fiance and I have been working with Megan over the last month for couples workouts that have been going great. She really sympathizes with our goals and pushes us to reach them. We enjoy coming to our workouts, and don't see it as a chore as she makes the workouts enjoyable. I would definitely recommend her as a trainer to anyone.

I love how supportive they've been since the first contact. I was looking for a good nutrition plan, that was easy and practical and there it was: good results beyond the expectations in the first month helping to motivate even more for the following months. Thanks Candace and Infinity!

Can't say enough good things about Shauna and especially my coach Megan! Knowing I have someone knowledgeable in my corner who is almost more thrilled than I am at my progress has been incredible. With Megan's help we've developed weekly goals that helps me stay focused and not distracted from "the big picture". I've lost 52 lbs so far and with Infinity's help feel confident I will reach my goal - lol only 70 more lbs to go....:o)

Strong women inspire me. Shauna's knowledge and passion for her job comes through in her coaching and I have made so many positive changes in my life since training with her. Her meal prep ideas, nutritional information and workouts have taught me so much and I know it will be a lifestyle that I can continue in the future. I am in the best shape of my life and am beyond grateful to her for the incredible results. She is the best!
