Among the biggest ripoffs in the autoparts business run by some lowly south indian scammers. The guy plays mind games, will make you buy stuff you don't need and not accept returns. Above all, quotes you prices that are almost 100% above what other local parts stores offer hoping that you will accept the rip-off. Don't know how that is good for their business but one thing for sure, i am not going there anymore.

I brought my car in for an emission test. Turned out the clutch and transmission were broken too. Although the cost exceeded the budget, they managed to keep it reasonable. Friendly and hard working people. Definitely will come back

Not a customer, but did business with these gentlemen today. We had a misunderstanding and the manager stayed 100 percent professional. He is very business oriented, and knows how to handle simple but tough situations. They have a beautiful waiting area for customers who are getting service done to their vehicles, and the mechanic, Billy, is a very polite man. Great service and great prices. Family owned and operated. Know these guys for almost 8 years. They deserve 5 stars and more. I am a regular customer. My Chevy and my Honda van serviced here and I recommend this place to anyone. Friendly and respectful.

Please dont go here. These people are very dishonest and overpriced. I got a coupon for a free oil change (other service required) after doing a small job which was overpriced. After a couple months I decided to use that coupon with another service. After the job was done, the guy with glasses at the front called Billy over the phone and asked how much to charge me. Billy told him the price for the service, and the guy at the front asked what about the air filter change (companies dont charge labor for air filter change btw but just the part rather. It takes less than a minute to change). Billy told him you dont charge for air filter change and then I overheard the owner say No billy, this guy is getting a free oil change. He ended up charging me $20 for the air filter change. So basically I never got a free oil change. There is much more fishy stuff they do like charging you for brand new parts but putting on used parts. Also Billy is a bit insecure about people watching him do the job. Billy decided to go for a lunch break in the middle of doing a job, while I was waiting. I also caught him throwing my disc rotors on the floor. I always watch my mechanics do their job because this industry is known for scamming people. Not changing the parts or putting on used parts or parts incorrectly. Its also sad to see these "muslim" guys going to pray and try to show others like they are good people but end up scamming people. Makes no sense to me but who am I to judge. Business ethics goes a long way and it also keeps customers coming back. I will never come back unfortunately and recommend others to go somewhere else. They are very deceiving especially to people who don't know much about cars.

DISHONEST PRICES - Don’t Go there for major work I needed major work done on my car and did not have time to go shop around for parts and labor. Billy in the back is an honest and a hard working mechanic but don’t trust the guys up front they will add 100% markup on labor and parts prices if you don’t pay attention. I am definitely not going there anymore, the guys up front feel dishonest to me, don’t trust them. Would not recommend anyone to them.
