★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have dealt with this store on there occasions now and the gentleman, whom I think is the manager and I think his name is Mike, was my representative each time.
I must say....it is really easy to talk to him and he clearly has shown himself to be a common sense individual, as opposed to being a shill for the corporation that you usually see from a person in that position.
He is genuine in his attempts to help whomever walks through the front door, I was noticing as I was waiting for my tire to be replaced. He worked with my limitations and found a solution to each of my three separate problems that displayed his willingness to get the job done, no matter what it took.
I really appreciate that in a person who is the face of the business. Good on you.

I ended up going to the competition who made a space as I was passing through town. I ended up needing four new tires so ... Fountain Med Hats loss.
