★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shari was AMAZING in helping me select and customize a wheel chair for my three legged pit bull. She was even so kind to open her facility on a holiday, as it was my only day off. Shari called me prior to us meeting and was so personal and friendly, driving 2 hours one way to see her seemed MORE than worth it. She also taught me some new methods to help my dog live her best pain free life. I can't say enough good things about her!

Set up is great, clean and organized.
Staff and instructors are so kind and helpful.
Great set up, can purchase when you need there if you don't already have it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a remarkable place. I have brought a few of my dogs to this facility for numerous reasons. Shari and staff are knowledgeable and caring. My dogs have gone there for conditioning, to help with arthritic issues and to learn to love water. What a great place for Durham Region.

I have a 14 yr old border collie, who dislocated both hips at the age of 9.
As he progressed in age, pain and discomfort had started to set in. I started bringing him to the pool and we have never looked back.
This is his happy place.
The ladies are knowledgeable and loving.
So grateful to them all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful place to take your pet for therapy. They kept my old golden moving and are now helping with Dair (my current golden). We are using physio, water therapy and chiropractic to get her in top shape for summer fun :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a great place to let your dogs try out swimming in a controlled safe environment. My dogs have anxiety so bringing them to a place where it is quite and calm was the best thing to get them introduced to swimming. I plan on taking them back again as my beagle had such a great time. The instructors were also very patient and caring. Such a great experience.
